ZS's Business Technology Solutions team is responsible to lead end to end responsibility of project across all phases i.e., discovery, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operations. This team seeks opportunity to undertake diverse tech roles and foster continuous innovation which benefits the individual's professional growth and bring the best in delivering world class technology solutions. In addition, this team configures ZS's proprietary software used to streamline business processes for commercial groups at client organizations.
ZS's Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) group helps our clients to drive higher product availability at lower costs (stock-outs, carrying costs, and supply chain operating costs) through leveraging analytics, automation and process re-design approaches. Our offerings span the spectrum of strategy, advanced analytics, planning and technology to optimize deployment of resources (inventory, network, etc.) while maintaining customer service levels.
BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY MANAGER - MDM, SUPPLY CHAIN & MANUFACTURING
While we have commercial Master Data Management (MDM) and Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) expertise at ZS, we are looking for someone to bring these together to tailor solutions for core SCM customers. This requires deep expertise in the data, as well as how it drives business outcomes in supply chain analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and elevate ZS' POV on the impact and benefits of a robust MDM in Supply Chain and Manufacturing as a foundation for the digital and AI revolution (emphasis on life-sciences);
- Bring in a strong, experience-based industry perspective to lead the design and development of ZS' SCM MDM assets and accelerators on the relevant functional technology stack;
- Develop and manage client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Facilitate outreach to a broad swatch of clients within Supply Chain & Manufacturing;
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's business challenges (in functional context) and shape the solution design and deployment plan collaborating with internal as well as client stakeholders;
- Track industry trends and shape industry - leading solutions to enable faster time to value realization;
- Collaborate with internal practice and client teams to ideate, estimate and plan strong client proposals;
- Independently lead the delivery of multiple projects across clients, while driving demand for our offerings and services;
- Manage project financials and escalations, balancing across project scope, client expectations and financial commitments;
- Collaborate with tandem lead in India to shape and build a team with strong technical and functional skills onshore and offshore;
- Mentor, develop and motivate ZS teams and people and lead by example.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;
- 10-12 years' experience with data and/or analytics within a Supply / Planning function; Lifesciences experience is a plus;
- OR 8-10 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements within Supply Chain and Manufacturing data / analytics;
- Working knowledge of global standards and regulations like IDMP, PQ/CMC, etc.;
- Hands on experience on with deploying or working with Informatica, Reltio or Stibo (or other equivalent data management platform);
- Knowledge of industry data sources / brokers such as Dunn & Bradstreet;
- Experience with deploying ML / AI solutions for data quality or enrichment is a plus;
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Hands on experience with data and analytics within Supply Chain and Manufacturing (Suppliers, Equipment, Product, Material, etc.);
- Deep understanding of data management best practices for foundational data;
- Up to speed with latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management;
- Ability to lead project teams in driving end to end activities to meet set milestones and provide necessary mentorship/ guidance for the team growth;
- Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations;
- Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects;
- Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams;
- Experience with use of GenAI in Master Data Management is a plus.
