What you can expect

We're hiring a Zoom Spaces Specialist to join our team! You'll use your sales expertise to help customers find video collaboration solutions. As a subject matter expert on our Zoom Spaces portfolio-including Zoom Rooms, Workspace Reservation, Visitor Management, and Conference Room Connector-you'll partner with our sales reps to grow the business. Your role will involve providing valuable support to both new and existing clients by showcasing how our products can solve their unique business challenges.

worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure processes, programs, and tools support the Zoom
  • Partner Journey. Developing a good understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives
  • Partnering with Channels and manufacturers to drive business growth
  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and Senior Executives to address their business needs
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Running product exploration and demonstration calls with prospects

What we're looking for

  • Possess 5+ years of Account Executive experience at a technology company with a solid track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork
  • Demonstrate extensive experience with direct SaaS products and a proven track record of selling room collaboration technologies to enterprises
  • Be able to accurately manage a multichannel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com, while also possessing general experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Have extensive experience in conducting presentations, online web demos, and adhering to a measured sales process
  • Possess exceptional verbal skills with a consultative professional business acumen
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organisation, ethics, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Possess a BA/BS
