Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SDK features and functions;
- Design and implement features aimed at enhancing the functionality of our SDK products;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer use cases and define the desired user experience;
- Engage with customers to comprehend their objectives and needs, then translate these insights into solutions for our team to deliver;
- Oversee the release of SDK packages;
- Prioritize and address critical customer issues, offering technical guidance during customer interactions; and
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization to drive the delivery of features, streamline processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
- Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;
- Must have 2 years of experience in Java;
- Must have 2 years of experience in Android development(Java), iOS development(Objective-C);
- Must have 2 years of experience in Cloud technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs);
- Must have 2 years of experience in Hybrid framework development (React Native, Flutter);
- Must have 2 years of experience in Windows development(C++), macOS development(Objective-C); and
- Must have 2 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming, System Design.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$174,518.00
Maximum:
$228,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
