What you can expect
You'll be joining the Security Services team in a role that's crucial for supporting critical security functions and services. You'll be working with in-house built systems for Digital Signing and threat detection, including malware scanning, vulnerability and suspicious behavior detection. Your day-to-day will involve supporting Product Engineering and Release Management teams, during critical build and release phases. You will also be monitoring security systems, handling support tickets, and ensuring issues are properly tracked and resolved.
About the Team
The Security Services team is dedicated to ensuring Zoom releases and deploys secure products. We work with diverse engineering teams across the organization to meet security goals and maintain compliance with established SLAs. As a Security Engineer focusing on Cryptography Operations, you'll be part of a team that builds and operates solutions. This includes PKI, KMS, Code Signing, Secrets Management and Hardware Security Module (HSM). We maintain a dynamic, hyper-growth environment where collaboration and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

What we're looking for
• Have an excellent customer focus and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
• Intermediate to native level proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous, but not required
• Have experience of Public Key Infrastructure (Internal and Internet), Hardware Security Modules (Thales, SafeNet, etc.) and Certificate Management and PKI Operations
• Have experience of TLS/SSL and Key Management, Code Signing and Cryptography Algorithms and Multi-Engine Malware Scanning systems
• Be proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Have experience with security automation, public cloud infrastructure security, API Integrations and Dashboard Monitoring
• Have a good understanding of cryptography and security requirements
• Have a working knowledge of software engineering, web applications, Linux, HTTP, and TLS
