Partner Marketing Manager
What you can expect
You will own and execute Zoom's partner marketing strategy for Japan, driving partner-sourced pipeline and accelerating partner engagement. You'll independently lead integrated marketing programs from planning through execution, working with strategic partners to bring Zoom's AI-first platform to customers. About the Team

What we're looking for
- Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including partner or channel marketing within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns independently from planning through post-campaign analysis and optimization
- Be able to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing metrics using data and customer insights
- Be able to lead complex, multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives from strategy through execution across internal and external teams
- Be able to build trusted relationships with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators to identify growth opportunities
- Communicate in written and verbal Japanese and business-level English with confidence across stakeholders
