About the Team
The Partner Marketing Team is a strategic marketing function within Global Business Marketing (GBM) responsible for accelerating TikTok's growth through its ecosystem of technology, creative, creator, measurement, commerce, and agency partners.

We develop programs that enable partners to extend TikTok's reach and impact - helping advertisers adopt priority products, expanding TikTok expertise across the industry, and amplifying TikTok's products, value, and vision at scale. The team works closely with Product Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to turn global business priorities into partner-led go-to-market strategies and programs.

About the Role
As the Partner Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will lead the regional marketing strategy for TikTok's partner ecosystem, working across priority markets to identify where partners can help accelerate product adoption, reach new advertisers, and strengthen TikTok's position in the industry.

You will work closely with LATAM partnership teams and global and regional marketing stakeholders to translate TikTok's business and product priorities into scalable partner marketing strategies. This includes developing partner-led go-to-market programs, enablement and content, thought leadership, integrated campaigns, and strategic industry activations.

We are looking for a strategic and creative marketer who can connect the dots between business priorities, product opportunities, partner capabilities, and regional market needs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building new programs, navigating a complex cross-functional organization, and moving between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the LATAM partner marketing strategy, identifying how priority partners can help TikTok accelerate product adoption, reach new and existing advertisers, and amplify key business priorities across the region.
- Partner closely with Product Partnerships and regional partnership teams to build joint marketing strategies for priority technology, creative, creator, measurement, commerce, and agency partners.
- Translate global product and business priorities into relevant regional go-to-market programs, adapting strategies for the needs, opportunities, and maturity of different LATAM markets.
- Build integrated partner-led programs that drive advertiser awareness, education, activation, and adoption across priority TikTok products and solutions.
- Develop scalable partner enablement, content, and sales collateral that equip partners to extend TikTok expertise to their customers and act as an extension of TikTok's sales and marketing efforts.
- Create co-marketing strategies with priority partners across owned, earned, partner, and industry channels, including digital campaigns, webinars, content, case studies, thought leadership, and strategic activations.
- Identify opportunities to use partner platforms, communities, sales teams, and customer relationships to reach new advertisers and expand TikTok's presence across the LATAM business ecosystem.
- Develop partner-led thought leadership and industry programs that strengthen TikTok's market position and build credibility around priority areas including creative, commerce, automation, measurement, and advertising technology.
- Lead partner marketing strategy for priority TikTok-owned, partner-owned, and industry moments across LATAM, ensuring activations are tied to clear business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Communications and other marketing teams to identify opportunities to amplify priority partnerships, launches, research, customer stories, and industry moments.
- Serve as a key regional connector across Global Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Partnerships, Sales and Communications ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
- Build measurement frameworks for partner marketing programs and use performance insights to optimize investment, demonstrate business impact, and inform future strategy.
- Surface regional insights, partner opportunities, and market learnings to global teams to help shape future partner marketing programs and priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, partnerships, or a related role within the advertising, media, or technology industries.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and programs with external partners, including technology platforms, agencies, or other ecosystem partners.
- Strong understanding of how partnerships and partner ecosystems can support product adoption, advertiser growth, and go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and product priorities into integrated marketing programs with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple LATAM markets and navigating the needs of regional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives for internal, partner, and external audiences.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is required to collaborate with regional partners and key stakeholders based in LATAM markets, where Spanish or Portuguese are primary working languages.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, build new programs from the ground up, and move fluidly between strategy and execution.
- Strong judgment, creative thinking, and the ability to prioritize the opportunities with the greatest potential business impact.
- Experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, measurement, creative technology, creator marketing, commerce, and/or media agencies.
- Experience developing partner-led go-to-market, enablement, co-marketing, or demand generation programs.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and the role technology and service partners play in advertiser growth and product adoption.
- Experience working across both global and regional teams.
