Operations Analyst

What you can expect

Join a dynamic DevOps team where your analytical skills will have a tangible impact. You will play a critical role in shaping how the organization measures and improves operational performance. By creating business metrics and scorecards, you'll empower service teams and leadership with the insights needed to drive meaningful improvements. This is a highly collaborative role, working across all DevOps pillars to define reporting sources and build targeted presentations that guide decision-making.

About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our DevOps organization supports the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring services are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving. Responsibilities

• Collaborating with service teams to define dashboards that highlight key service health metrics.
• Building and iterate spreadsheet models that reflect real-world service operations, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in building data models to support online service operations.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$98 900,00

Maximum:
$228 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
