What you can expect
Marketing Lead Processor is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and reliability of marketing data. Supporting lead processing, data uploads, data quality initiatives and issue resolution. One will need to proactively suggest solutions to prevent recurring problems and act with autonomy to problem-solve and be eager to learn. Contributing to improving marketing data operations that help support the effectiveness of marketing data and lead data related workflows. This role is based in India but requires working hours to be
aligned with the JAPAN, APAC, EMEA and AMER Markets to support global operations.

The Marketing Data Operations Team covers the management and maintenance of the infrastructure that provides the Marketing Database for the organization. This also involves the processes and procedures used to collect, ingest, process, store, analyze and distribute data effectively and efficiently for Enterprise Marketing.
What we're looking for
- Have a Bachelor's in a technology or computer science related subject or a related field would be an advantage.
- Have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and its lead/contact data model and reporting functionalities.
- Be proficient in SQL, with the ability to write queries involving joins, filters, and CTEs for data analysis.
- Have advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and concatenation for data manipulation.
- Have a deep understanding of data quality, hygiene practices, and enrichment strategies in a marketing context.
- Possess experience handling B2C and B2B datasets within large-scale marketing databases.
- Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional global teams.
