As a Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our AI-powered strategy. You'll drive end-to-end product development leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models to deliver exceptional value to our enterprise customers.
About the Team
The Enterprise Product Management team is at the forefront of AI innovation, defining platform strategy and integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities across our solutions. As a key leader, you will drive innovative experiences, working closely with customers and partners to meet their unique business needs.
Responsibilities
- Leading product growth and GTM strategy for enterprise solutions, targeting aggressive YoY revenue growth
- Shaping product direction through data-driven insights and deep customer engagement
- Delivering scalable architectures and enablement plans to drive enterprise adoption
- Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across engineering, marketing, legal and sales teams
- Driving technical partnerships and integrations with key platform providers
- Serving as a public advocate through blogs, community sessions and speaking engagements

What we're looking for
- 10+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in enterprise software and AI technologies
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Track record of driving significant revenue growth in enterprise software products
- Have technical knowledge in AI/ML and modern software architectures
- Track record of thought leadership and community building in the AI space Have Experience presenting to C-level executives and leading strategic customer relationships
- Have experience translating complex technical concepts for business audiences
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$171,800.00
Maximum:
$375,900.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
