About the Team
With eight specialized departments, each departments mission is to deliver a seamless and innovative communication solution. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance
As a VoIP DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for administering VoIP infrastructure, implementing CI/CD processes, and ensuring high availability of our communication systems. You'll work in a collaborative environment with diverse teams to maintain and optimize our VoIP services.

What we're looking for
- Administer and maintain VoIP tools and infrastructure
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for service deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues, including performance and functionality concerns
- Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to ensure service availability and security
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide system support
- Monitor and optimize system performance using various DevOps tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in production systems
- Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, and RTCP protocols
- Proficiency in Linux systems and shell scripting
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, and container technologies
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent languages
- Experience with Redis or MySQL databases
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with automation and infrastructure as code
