Responsibilities

  • Investigate and address customer billing inquiries through ServiceNow and manage issue resolution via phone or Zoom meetings
  • Conduct comprehensive account analysis and troubleshoot technical issues in the billing portal while providing solutions to customer challenges
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with various departments to effectively handle customer accounts and resolve complex inquiries
  • Perform invoice review and processing, including manual adjustments and management of credit/debit modifications
  • Oversee payment posting, reconciliation procedures, and support Collections team with dispute resolution
  • Maintain billing system integrity by identifying and escalating technical issues to engineering team while assisting with data cleanup projects
  • Partner with Billing Manager to evaluate and enhance operational processes for improved efficiency and customer experience
  • Supporting the Collection team by overseeing customer disputes and payment processes. Manage customer invoices, including portal uploads and PSO invoice creation, and ensure accurate billing address updates and tax compliance.

What we're looking for

• Have native Japanese & Business English proficiency (written & verbal) with valid work authorization in Japan required. (This is Tokyo Based)

• Have 2+ years of professional experience (accounts receivable, billing, or finance experience are highly welcomed)

• Have experience in Customer Service (not negotiable)

• Excel in fast growing environments with proven ability to efficiently manage high-volume tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

• Have good communication and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Have proficiency with Sales CRM, specifically Salesforce, and comprehensive understanding of Order-to-Cash workflows

• Have latest computer skills (i.e. excel) - Experience in Zuora and ServiceNow is highly welcomed

• Have experience to handle large volumes of details with enough attention to detail and efficient multi-tasking

  • ServiceNowを通じて顧客の請求に関する問い合わせを調査・対応し、電話またはZoomミーティングで問題解決を管理
  • 包括的なアカウント分析を実施し、請求ポータルの技術的問題のトラブルシューティングを行いながら、顧客の課題に対するソリューションを提供
  • 顧客アカウントの効果的な管理と複雑な問い合わせの解決のため、様々な部門との横断的な協力を主導
  • 手動調整とクレジット/デビット修正の管理を含む、請求書のレビューと処理を実施
  • 支払い記帳、照合手順を監督し、債権回収チームの紛争解決をサポート
  • 技術的な問題をエンジニアリングチームにエスカレーションし、データクリーンアッププロジェクトを支援しながら、請求システムの整合性を維持
  • 効率性と顧客体験の向上のため、請求管理マネージャーと協力して業務プロセスを評価・改善
  • 顧客の紛争と支払いプロセスを監督することで債権回収チームをサポート。ポータルのアップロードとPSO請求書の作成を含む顧客請求書の管理、および請求先住所の更新と税務コンプライアンスの確保。

求めるスキル/ご経験

• 日本語(ネイティブレベル)および英語力(ビジネスレベルの読み書き・会話)、日本での就労資格必須 (東京勤務可能な方)

• 2年以上の実務経験(売掛金管理、請求業務、または財務経験があれば尚可)

• カスタマーサービスの経験(必須)

• 急成長環境での業務経験があり、細部への徹底的な注意を払いながら大量のタスクを効率的に管理できる実績

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力、優れた対人スキル

• Sales CRM(特にSalesforce)の習熟度と受注から入金までのワークフローの包括的な理解

• 最新のコンピュータースキル(Excelなど)- ZuoraとServiceNowの経験があれば尚可

• 細部への十分な注意を払いながら、大量の詳細情報を効率的にマルチタスク処理できる経験
