Anaplan Engineer

What you can expect
Zoom's Business Applications organization is looking for a Anaplan Engineer to drive enterprise planning automation and optimization across Sales, HR, and Finance business functions. This role will be pivotal for design and implementation of scalable Anaplan models supporting connected planning and forecasting processes.

About the Team

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Anaplan expert with a strong background in enterprise planning, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. This candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate strategic objectives into impactful Anaplan solutions. Strong project management skills, comfort in a fast paced, dynamic business environment, and excellent financial modeling, communication, and analytical skills are key to success in this role.

What we're looking for

• Bring 7-10 years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years with Anaplan focused on model building, architecture, and optimization.
• Hold Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification or higher.
• Support Sales, HR, or Finance planning processes through proven Anaplan solutions.
• Apply strong knowledge of multi-dimensional data modeling, business planning, and forecasting.
• Use ETL and data integration tools such as Anaplan Hyperconnect, APIs, Mulesoft, or Snowflake.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lead complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
