Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with peers in processing, underwriting, funding, and leadership to resolve pipeline bottlenecks.
• Communicate team performance and feedback to senior leaders regularly.
• Represent the voice of the closing team in departmental meetings and initiatives.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• Minimum 5+ years of mortgage closing experience, including some leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; tech-savvy with mortgage platforms.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about team success.
