About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Program Manager like you to support Zillow's market innovation programs - bringing our strongest product offerings, exceptional Zillow service, and best-in-class partners together in an integrated way. You will partner with multiple teams on cross-functional projects - requiring critical thinking, proactive curiosity, problem solving, and data analytics expertise to guide teams in achieving goals. You will especially leverage your advanced data querying abilities to deep dive into market trends, uncovering and illuminating data-driven insights that accelerate business growth. This high-impact role will be a key contributor to Zillow's growth strategy in 2025 and beyond.

You Will Get To

  • Analyze and synthesize program and product updates, highlighting key performance trends for stakeholders.
  • Lead in-depth SQL and AI-driven analyses to identify drivers of market performance and actionable insights.
  • Use data analysis and visualization tools to communicate market performance and trends.
  • Quantitatively measure and enhance the buyer experience to strengthen our value proposition.
  • Leverage transaction data to inform program strategy and identify market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g. in Databricks, Replit, etc.) to provide visibility to key metrics and indicators.
  • Gather and present cross-functional feedback to inform team priorities.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the US, with some location-based exceptions.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $124,000.00 - $198,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in program management, business operations, or analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expertise in SQL and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and solve ambiguous problems independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven and hypothesis-oriented, with experience designing and iterating on programs.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and drive to solve thorny business problems with limited oversight.
  • Experience in residential real estate, mortgages, or online marketplaces is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; proficiency with Google Suite and project management tools.
