About the role

Zillow Group seeks an ambitious and results-oriented individual to join Bridge Interactive as an Industry Data Support Consultant. This remote position calls for strong operational expertise and customer service proficiency, coupled with a deep understanding of the real estate technology sector to contribute to expanding Bridge's product line for Multiple Listing Services, White Label Partners, and their clients. Initially, you will actively engage with our MLS, broker, and Vendor partners. Moreover, collaborating with other Zillow Group teams is essential for the successful expansion of our customer service operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the development of Bridge's small yet growing team, offering the unique blend of a startup environment with the resources of a large organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Improving the user experience for MLS customers and brokers with Bridge Interactive products to ensure ongoing success and support.
  • Overseeing Agreement Management and API products. Including submitting mapping updates and metadata update requests, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Screening, approving, and maintaining a range of Zillow APIs, including Zestimate, Public Records, Econ, etc.
  • Independently manage tasks of a broad scope that involve complex technical troubleshooting. This includes conducting thorough data analysis and evaluating various factors while adhering to established troubleshooting procedures.
  • Supporting the establishment of customer support processes for Bridge products by providing technical and product assistance to end users.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams across Zillow Group to bolster Bridge's user support and success.
  • Educating MLSs, brokers, and Partners on our platform.
  • Resolving post-launch challenges and offering insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of internal teams within Zillow Group and across company product lines, including Slack escalations.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $34.00 - $54.40 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

The preferred candidate should possess real estate industry experience and be adept at connecting our product teams with users in MLSs, brokerages, and Vendor networks.

  • Minimum of 3 years in the Residential Real Estate Industry.
  • Familiarity with RETS/API, Postman, SQL, and Zendesk is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational proficiency.
  • Skilled at working independently and collaboratively to meet tight project deadlines.
  • Involves potentially leading initiatives within the team.
  • May require mentoring or guiding junior team members.
  • Demonstrates a high level of ownership and dedication to execute tasks promptly and accurately in a dynamic environment.
