About the role

As Director of Human Resources, you will lead a team of three HR Business Partners in support of the Agent Software & Advertising and Enhanced Markets business lines. You will collaborate closely with partners across Talent Acquisition, Engagement and Belonging, Total Rewards, Finance, People Analytics, Legal, and International Strategy. Your role is focused on solving business challenges through effective people strategies, enabling growth at scale, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a key advisor to executive leadership, shaping and executing people strategies that drive growth, scalability, and employee engagement. Act as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the business leadership team.
  • Lead teams through complex organizational design, which includes program management, partner engagement, and communications planning.
  • Act as a cultural steward and change agent, supporting business growth and transformation
  • Coach and develop HRBPs, fostering career growth and readiness.
  • Guide leadership development efforts across all management levels, from frontline to senior executives.
  • Lead the annual HR processes for client groups. Examples include performance management, compensation planning (merit pay, market adjustments, equity awards), talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, organizational health reviews, and workforce management and headcount planning.
  • Partner with stakeholders on sales incentive compensation strategy, implementation, and performance measurement.
  • Address employee relations matters proactively, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
  • Champion people-centric process and policy improvements at the team and business unit level.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $167,900.00 - $268,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • A proven track record of influencing business strategy through data-driven HR practices.
  • Success leading geographically distributed teams, including Sales and Customer Care organizations.
  • Skilled in navigating matrixed, high-growth organizations and aligning HR practices.
  • Experience managing through rapid change, including high-growth, new product introductions, M&A, or organizational redesign.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with revenue and growth objectives through exceptional business partnership.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide the HRBP team and support organizational goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting national, distributed Sales/GTM teams and Customer care or call center teams, focusing on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to support international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication across diverse regions.
  • Experience working within or supporting a SaaS organization, including understanding product-led growth environments.
