Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.
Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Talent Associate with a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including interview scheduling and candidate management for senior-level hiring managers, with a proven record of building efficient, effective communication systems. This role reports directly to the Associate Director of Talent.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of Network teams and functions (e.g., Finance, Advocacy, Advisory, Operational Strategy, etc.)
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, appropriately balancing hiring priorities identified by leadership
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand individual role requirements and optimize recruiting strategies that will attract top talent
- Collaborate with senior-level hiring managers to develop job posts, screening rubrics, and hiring plans
- Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate strong talent pipelines using various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake, and other job boards)
- Prioritize and drive diversity in talent recruitment by applying both traditional and creative outreach strategies
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess fit, interest, and alignment with Zeta’s mission and values
- Use metrics and KPIs to monitor recruiting performance, draw insights, and continuously improve processes
- Foster long-term relationships with prospective candidates to ensure strong talent pools for future hiring
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

The start date for this position is May 6, 2025. The salary range for this position is between $64,500 and $75,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.
