To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Director of People & Culture with a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years experience in strategic and/or operational roles who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement.

As the Director of People & Culture at Zeta, you will drive the strategic visioning and execution of the end-to-end process of building and cultivating the Zeta team. You will drive our mission, vision, and team culture through:

  • Implementing a seamless and effective onboarding and training program that sets up our team members for success and provides opportunities for constant development

  • Managing all aspects of people operations to create a smooth employee experience for all our team members (including but not limited to payroll and benefits processing, compliance, performance management, teacher certification)

  • Developing and implementing programs for a satisfied, high-performing team

  • Ensuring Zeta’s compensation package, including benefits, is competitive through market research

  • Implementing an effective performance management program to allow Zeta employees to continually grow and develop

Currently, Zeta operates two schools, one in upper Manhattan and one in the South Bronx. We have big growth plans because the educational crisis is massive and requires big solutions.
