Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

Deliver powerful results

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager of Accounting with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a CPA preferred, and at least 2-4 years of experience working in accounting roles with a proven record of success in bookkeeping and project management.

You will support Zeta’s financial strategy through:

- Developing new and improving existing workflows to scale financial operations and streamline month-end close, while maintaining robust financial controls

- Primary owner of accounting workflows, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately

- Creating and maintaining reports, templates and schedules for internal and external stakeholders

- Leading interim and year end audit, organizing information from internal teammates and external vendors

- Being the product owner of our accounting system, proactively executing configuration changes that enhance strategic reporting and facilitate more data-driven decision making

- Project managing financial system implementations and integrations

- Managing accounting vendors to a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

- Wearing multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are hiring for an immediate opening. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
