Sales Operations Lead

Manila, Philippines

As a Sales Operations Lead supporting Go-To-Market teams, you will play a critical role in the business achieving their growth targets. Business partnering with the APAC SMB Regional Vice President, you will identify key metrics and develop critical scorecards to assist Sales Leadership, Account Executives and Cross Functional Leaders run their business.

This is a hands-on and autonomous role, you should have solid expertise in sales analytics, dashboard management and providing meaningful actionable insights aligned to business goals to drive growth or solve problems. You will be responsible for setting up the regular sales cadence and standard operating processes for GTM to maximise their sales effectiveness, strategies and operational rigour.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and implement key metric reporting to support end to end sales cycle including pipeline management, opportunity hygiene, forecasting, deal size, customer onboarding, success and timely renewals
  • Develop scalable reporting & SFDC dashboards to sales management to demonstrate achievement towards company goals and identify areas of focus
  • Run regular forecast and operating cadence with sales - focusing on growth and improvement opportunities
  • Resolve sales operational issues end to end in a timely manner
  • Make recommendations from analysis to optimise sales productivity and drive business value
  • Ensure tech stack optimisation through feedback from all levels of GTM
  • Proactively identify and implement processes and reporting improvements that simplify, standardise and enable sales operational excellence
  • Supporting planning including designing and implementing territories, developing and allocating quota and supporting compensation design and execution
  • Ensure that sales teams are well positioned to execute quarterly and campaign initiatives, including supporting the design and execution of short term sales incentives
  • Manage and maintain data integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony and CRM systems

Sales Operations Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales operations role, ideally in a fast growing SAAS business
  • Proven experience in building effective sales operations cadences and dashboards to optimise sales performance and structure
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and align teams toward common goals.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex business insights, both verbally and in writing, using Powerpoint in a clear and precise manner
  • Highly proficient in excel, salesforce.com and data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without losing focus
  • Resourceful and committed to advocating for our customers, with a growth mindset and a passion for problem-solving as part of a team
