  • Manage requests using our intake tool, ensuring timely responses within set deadlines.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to external vendors and internal inquiries/correspondences.
  • Triage and respond to administrative requests in our ticketing tool.
  • Work with the Sourcing team throughout the purchasing process.
  • Assist in processing purchase requisitions and change orders.
  • Support with virtual credit card payments and reconciliations.
  • Route approved contracts for signature via e-signature software
  • Maintain the contract database.
  • Follow proper procedures for any new vendor creation or updates; verifying federal id number, name, addresses that are provided on the documents by vendor
  • Assist in managing the supplier database.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team on the end-to-end process.
  • Contribute to documenting processes and suggest improvements.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in training & learning opportunities.
  • Handles tasks and projects delegated or assigned by the team lead and Manager
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement Operations or a related field.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ticketing or software tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to provide good customer service and collaborate within teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment with strong multitasking skills.
  • Organization: Basic organizational skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle tasks with attention to detail, especially when dealing with financial data.
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid set up
  • Willingness to work on night shifts
