We are a global leader in the computer software industry, seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our Finance Shared Services (FSS) team in Manila. Our FSS Finance & Strategy team serves as a trusted partner to our Global Finance & Strategy team, providing insightful analyses and strategic guidance to C-level decision-makers.

We are seeking a FSS Finance & Strategy Lead who will manage the F&S Process Owners and report directly to the FSS Sr. Director. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a keen business intuition. The successful candidate will be instrumental in partnering with our Finance & Strategy teams as we continue to expand our functional expertise and scope

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the F&S team, overseeing operations, team activities, and resource planning while driving operational excellence.
  • Act as a Project Manager for FSS Transition processes, including annual planning, forecasting, and closing processes.
  • Assist in optimizing financial models and forecasts, and develop key financial and operating metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Build standard reporting packages for our business partners and prioritize operational improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Define and assess performance against Key Performance Indicators for individuals and teams, and ensure consistent implementation of Career Development Plans.
  • Handle conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and other tasks as delegated by the FSS Sr. Director.


What you bring to the role


  • 8+ years of professional work experience in finance (FP&A) or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in people management.
  • Proven experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and project management.
  • Ability to influence others, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and drive team performance.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to continually improve processes.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with SQL, NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive, Hyperion, or other planning tools is a plus.
