The Role:

As a Staff Business Operations Analyst, you will be a strategic leader responsible for architecting and maturing the core processes that run on our highly integrated Salesforce platform. Your mission is to help the revenue organization implement their strategy while reducing operational risk and drive efficiency across our entire customer lifecycle, from partner engagement in our Partner Portals and customer support in Service Cloud to order fulfillment via our ERP integration (NetSuite).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, production, fulfillment, security, and IT, to guide and support process improvements within this complex systems landscape. This role is ideal for a senior analyst with a strong systems-thinking mindset who can translate ambiguous business goals into scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Architecture & Improvement: Analyze and architect end-to-end business processes that span our Go-To-Market ecosystem—from lead generation in our Partner Portal to quoting in Sales Cloud, resolution in Service Cloud, and fulfillment via our ERP integration. Identify and quantify inefficiencies, risks, and scalability bottlenecks.
  • Data-Driven Solution Design: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and related systems to provide meaningful insights into the efficiency of the solutions and processes they support. Collaborate with data teams to develop KPIs and dashboards that measure the health of our lead-to-cash and case-to-resolution processes.
  • Change Management: Guide operational teams through the complexities of system and process changes. Proactively identify and address risks related to new configurations, integration updates, and workflow enhancements to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our technical teams. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our Salesforce and NetSuite developers.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Define the business requirements and scope for strategic projects aimed at enhancing our CRM and ERP capabilities. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure technology projects deliver on their intended business value.
  • Process and System Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and system configurations, with a specific focus on Salesforce objects, integration points, and ERP handoffs.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior business analysts and conduct workshops for stakeholders on how to best leverage our integrated systems. Champion best practices for process design and system usage across the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for automation and optimization within our business systems, utilizing tools like Salesforce Flow, integration middleware, and other technologies. Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading business process reengineering and transformation efforts, with a strong focus on CRM-centric operations.
  • Proven experience architecting business processes within a complex, highly integrated Salesforce environment.
  • Experience quantifying outcomes based on metrics and KPIs, and developing business cases to justify investments in system and process improvements.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop clear, actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.

Bonus Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Partner Portals).
  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and the business challenges of CRM-ERP integrations.
  • Experience building and managing dashboards (in tools like Looker Studio and Salesforce) to measure process efficacy.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • A command of Google Workspace.
