Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations including manufacturing, material handling, warehouse and packaging to support the production of Yubico’s products
  • Hands-on, be on the ground with the team to uncover problems and help design solutions, make sure documentation is updated with the solutions and change will be executed throughout
  • Develop plans and communicate to internal teams on large order requests and follow through to the execution
  • Contribute and promote our vision for a world class supply chain operations. Manage and deliver on production and fulfillment KPIs, and key initiatives
  • Work with supply chain leadership and engineering to identify bottlenecks, drive productivity gains, determine root causes, and create and execute both corrective and preventive action plans to resolve issues to achieve production and fulfillment goals
  • Hire, coach, and support talent through consistent feedback, navigation of challenges, and celebration of wins. Collaboratively develop goals, coordinate and track progress of plans, allocate roles and responsibilities, and navigate challenges and roadblocks
  • Help reports understand how their role and contributions are important to the Company’s success. Give and receive constructive feedback, and provide input to the organization on the report’s contributions
  • Occasional international travel may be required to Yubico offices, customer sites, conferences, and company functions

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years experience working in a fulfillment/production/logistics/quality assurance environment
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma
  • Familiarity working in a Google Workspaces and NetSuite environment (especially NetSuite WMS)
  • Advanced data analysis skills with Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Discipline to execute company’s best practices in security and privacy
  • Course study in science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, manufacturing or related field is a bonus
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
  • Knowledge of automation/robotics is a plus

  • This is an in person role, the candidate will work 5 days per week at our Santa Clara location
