As a member of our People team in Israel, you’ll play a key role in creating a workplace where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered. This standalone role will lead all aspects of the workplace and employee experience for our Tel Aviv office, serving as a culture carrier and operational driver across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of office operations at the TLV site- leading facilities and vendor management, overseeing supplies, refreshments and workplace standards, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that build culture, foster belonging, and reinforce Yotpo’s values- including events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
  • Act as the point of contact for all people-related needs, partnering with cross-functional teams and managers to deliver seamless support and services
  • Translate employee feedback into action, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
  • Support executive leadership by managing complex calendars, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional priorities.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or workplace operations, preferably in a fast-paced, tech or global environment
  • Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, from entry-level to executive
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics across areas such as complex calendars, facilities, supplies, food, events, and vendor relationships
  • Budget management skills with a focus on process improvement and cost-effectiveness
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both languages

 

Nice to Have:

  • Creative approach to employee experience—bringing fresh ideas for engagement, events, and workplace culture
  • Awareness of workplace trends in well-being, hybrid work, DEI, and organizational culture
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with workplace tools and systems, such as budget tracking software, facilities platforms, or employee feedback tools
