Yotpo is on a mission to help eCommerce brands of all sizes win customers for life. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in our Sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving Yotpo's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to generate high-quality leads and introduce potential clients to our suite of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Research and understand target accounts and key decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM and report on lead generation metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, Yotpo products, and competitor activity to effectively communicate value
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using CRM tools (like Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
- Prior experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- Familiarity with eCommerce, digital marketing, or customer experience platforms
