About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager for EMEA, you’ll shape and execute the go-to-market (GTM) approach for one of Yext’s fastest-growing regions. You’ll adapt global strategies to meet local needs, empower sales with the right tools, and bring a customer-first mindset to messaging and product positioning. This role is central to growing brand awareness and pipeline in EMEA, a region rich with opportunity and unique local dynamics.
What You’ll Do
Yext Product Marketers act like “Growth CEOs” — owning strategy and execution to drive pipeline and revenue in their region or vertical. Success will be measured by pipeline and revenue growth, stronger win rates, and increased customer retention across EMEA. You will be this critical region’s product evangelist and domain expert, responsible for driving our:
Localized Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Support
- Build and drive regional GTM strategies that reflect the cultural, regulatory, and competitive realities across EMEA.
- Collaborate with the global GTM teams to tailor sales plays for EMEA markets.
- Analyze regional addressable markets and help grow targeted sales efforts.
Messaging, Positioning & Value Proposition Development
- Develop messaging and packaging that speaks directly to local buyers and industries — showing clear value beyond Yext’s foundational offerings.
- Build solution narratives grounded in regional customer insights — using feedback from sales, interviews, and competitive reviews.
- Evolve brand narratives to resonate with EMEA audiences, shifting focus from globally centralized messaging to local relevance.
Launch Activation & Demand Generation
- Lead regional enablement for product launches — including Scout — with content and positioning tailored to local needs.
- Drive urgency and clarity with region-specific launch plans that reflect product availability and buyer priorities.
- Close the gap between global product timelines and local readiness.
- Partner with demand generation to shape regional content and campaigns that align to local buyer journeys.
Field Support & Enablement
- Build regional sales plays, competitive content, and tools to improve sales productivity and win rates across diverse EMEA markets.
- Provide content, insights, and tools to help the field communicate Yext’s value more effectively — and shorten the path from pitch to purchase.
- Help scale key initiatives, supporting awareness and adoption where regional access has been limited.
- Be a trusted partner to field marketing and sales teams across the region.

- Surface key differences in market expectations — from data privacy to industry structure — that affect how customers in EMEA evaluate and use technology.
- Build and share insights on regional competitors and emerging players.
Product & Pricing Strategy
- Act as the regional voice in cross-functional product conversations — surfacing unique market expectations, regulatory considerations, and user behaviors across EMEA.
- Provide structured feedback loops from regional teams and customers to influence product direction, prioritize roadmap alignment, and ensure the customer experience meets local standards.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to align pricing strategy with regional buying patterns, procurement processes, and customer expectations.
- Work to evolve product packaging in a way that highlights the outcomes that matter most to local decision-makers.

- Experience driving localized GTM strategies across multiple markets.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills, with a track record of adapting global narratives for local relevance.
- Familiarity with EMEA’s regulatory and competitive landscape, including markets like healthcare and financial services.
- You’re self-directed, set a high bar, and work cross-functionally to move initiatives forward — even when roadmaps or priorities evolve.
- A collaborative approach — and confidence working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when simplifying complex products into clear value stories.
Nice to Have
- French, German, Italian, and/or Spanish language fluency
