What you’ll do:
- The Associate Alliances Manager is responsible for managing and growing Yext’s go-to-market partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with the regional sales team to support attainment of booking and pipeline targets, driving partner-sourced pipeline to 10%+ of regional goals.
- Leverage partner relationships to accelerate deals to close (co-selling) and drive customer success post-sale (integration adoption), aiming for partner attribution on 25%+ of opportunities.
- Build, publish, and execute a regional partnerships plan to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
- Establish trusted relationships with key partner executives through regular in-person and virtual engagements, growing revenue contribution within each partner.
- Identify and sell in partner-integrated solutions to Yext customers, driving incremental value and usage of Yext’s platform.
- Support execution of key partner marketing events and campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
- Collaborate with the broader alliances team on regional/global initiatives, contributing to innovation and team growth.
- Research, evaluate, and engage priority partner targets to explore a go-to-market relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Yext’s North American sales teams to drive regional bookings and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Drive co-sell motions with partners, from opportunity identification through deal closure and client onboarding.
- Build and execute territory-based partner account plans to support regional growth goals.
- Grow trusted relationships across a portfolio of digital agencies, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Position and sell Yext integrations and joint solutions to unlock new use cases and revenue streams.
- Represent Yext at key partner events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of partner influence and sourced opportunities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with partner marketing on regional campaign activation and success tracking.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales, partnerships, or alliances experience, ideally in SEO, martech, search, or customer experience technology.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing and customer experience landscape.
- Experience working with agency partners, marketing cloud providers, or system integrators a plus.
- Track record of sourcing and influencing pipeline through partner ecosystems.
- Comfortable creating presentations and presenting to senior executives (internally and externally).
- Experience collaborating with direct sales teams in a co-sell environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
