Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is part of the nation's leading providers of plumbing and heating and air conditioning and we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to sell our plumbing/HVAC services. You will represent the company as an internal selling agent of products and services by providing first contact with potential customers

  • Initiate outbound phone calls to defined prospects and/or inquiry customers
  • Create and maintain target prospect lists
  • Provide telemarketing sales assistance to field personnel to support field sales efforts
  • Initiate follow up phone calls to ensure that all services are being delivered as agreed and that the customer is completely satisfied
  • Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms
  • Handle heavy phone volume and tight deadlines at times
  • Meet and exceed expected sales targets
Qualifications:

What You Need:

  • High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 3-5 years of customer service/sales experience required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to close sales
  • Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity
  • Full time 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. five days a week with Saturday and Sunday required - we are flexible with the other two days during the week
  • All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check
