Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Manager, ERP Systems to join our ISD team in Marietta, GA. The Sr. Manager ERP Systems will oversee and manage the shared services operations for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. They will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ERP platform services, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. The position is responsible for enhancing systems to meet the evolving needs of end-users and requires adept leadership and strategic vision to optimize application performance and align technological solutions with organizational objectives.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and availability of ERP shared services.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain ERP platform governance, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of ERP support analysts and architects.
- Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP services.
- Provide third-level support for ERP incidents and escalations.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve critical ERP-related issues efficiently.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance ERP platform efficiency.
- Identify and implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum twelve years of experience in the development and maintenance of large-scale application systems such as SAP.
- Minimum five years of experience managerial/leadership experience.
- Experience with S/4 HANA and SAP RISE
- Working experience with Defect Management and Testing tools
- Experience with detailed requirements gathering and creation of functional and technical specifications.
- Experience leading and managing small to medium size teams.
- Significant experience with unit and integration testing
- Experience with post-production application support and maintenance
