Position: Project Manager
Job Location: 6555 Katella Ave., Cypress, CA 90630
Duties: Facilitate project management meetings aligning and motivating teams to achieve the goals and vision of the project. Act as a leader of the project team members. Implement project management delivery and PMO improvements. Provide input to and lead implementation of improvements in project delivery processes. Responsibilities include 1) accountable to analyze project data, such as completion rates, budgets, and risks, to identify areas for improvement; 2) accountable to define and standardize a project management methodology that aligns with industry best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum); and 3) strengthen PMO governance by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure PMO effectiveness. Use in-depth IT domain knowledge in Servers, Network, and Telephony to drive decisions and designs. Develop status reports that clearly communicate project health. Collaborate with and manage vendor partners, understanding their dependencies, commitments, holding them accountable for delivery according to agreements such as SOWs.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Employer will accept 2 years of experience in project management in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. PLUS 5 years of experience in the IT project management or related occupation.
Minimum skills requirement: Experience in Server Deployments (HPE DL380, Dell PowerEdges, Server Blades). Cisco Collaboration Expert in CUCM, CUC, Telepresense, SIP, UCCX, Teams. Experience in Linux & Windows Upgrades (RHEL 7 and above or 2012 and above.). Experience in managing Data Center Upgrades for Cisco & Juniper Switches. Knowledge of Network OSI Layer, Routing & Switching, SD WAN, VPN & BGP. Applied knowledge of deployment Voice Telephony Environment like Cisco Call Manager, Cisco PCCE, MS Teams Direct Routing or Operator Connect. Experience in managing project following PMBOK, Agile & Scrum. Experience in handling project budgets & vendor management for cost effectiveness targeting cost effectiveness up to 90%. Foundation of Risk Management, Resource Application, Cost & Revenue Forecasting & developing Technical Project Strategies. Knowledge of Coding in Powershell, Python, C++. Knowledge of PM Methodologies such as Lean & PDCA. The employer will accept any professional experience with the above skills.
Range of Pay: $130,853.00 - $172,000 / year
