About the Role:

We are looking to add a Senior GTM Recruiter to our larger People Operations Team. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on our Commercial Sales and Go-to-Market organization.  You will be expected to own role kickoff, candidate generation, screening, negotiation, and closing.

*This role is hybrid, based 3 days/week in our 1 WTC office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent, both passive and active
  • Global, full cycle recruiting across our commercial teams
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from candidates to improve the overall recruitment process
  • Create a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome; be a strong WKND brand ambassador
  • Manage entire candidate process, including offer negotiation, offer presentation and close
  • Regularly report on talent pipeline stats against hiring needs and goal
  • Network and identify opportunities to further develop Wunderkind's social and professional networks to drive referrals; develop and coordinate events that draw potential talent to the Wunderkind brand both online and offline

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for GTM or B2B SaaS sales recruiting 
  • Experience closing senior-level candidates with complex compensation packages 
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS required 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, written communication, and presentation skills  
  • Experience hiring in EMEA is preferred but not required 
  • Ability to quickly build rapport internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle confidential or otherwise sensitive information
  • Experience running a high volume of job openings at different levels simultaneously
  • Proven experience utilizing recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve hiring process

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
