About the Role:

Wunderkind is hiring an Executive Assistant for our UK office on a Fixed-Term basis. The ideal candidate will manage their schedules, travel, provide administrative support, and execute special projects. You will have at least one year of experience in a growing, energetic company as an Executive Assistant. You are excited about maximizing productivity, priorities and projects for our General Manager, and the rest of the team. You are able to handle high demands and high pressure deadlines, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and want to provide a positive impact on the growth of our company. 

The role is based on-site in Soho, London, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the liaison between the GM and internal company members as well as external facing parties
  • Liaise between the US teams and International teams with scheduling
  • Familiar and comfortable working with heavy calendar scheduling and bookings, not limited to: hotel, flights, dining reservations, complete travel-necessary documents, provide seamless and detailed itineraries 
  • Managing expenses for GM; managing invoicing requests 
  • Prioritize tasks and meetings, deciding what takes precedence when calendars are double (and triple) booked 
  • Supporting leaders with inbox management and priority follow-ups 

Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: 1+ years as an EA in a fast paced environment (or comparable) managing very heavy executive calendars, travel and entertainment for both external and internal stakeholders 
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Must be adaptable and flexible to navigate unexpected challenges, adjust schedules, and handle new tasks efficiently 
  • Effective Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal 
  • High EQ 
  • Incredibly detail-oriented, organised, thoughtful, and thorough in all tasks and projects 

This role is to cover an employee on maternity leave and therefore is planned to last a period of 12 months, aligned to the leave plans.
