Demand Generation Manager

Wunderkind is looking for a self-starting Demand Generation Manager to effectively manage and execute campaigns. The Demand Generation Manager will work cross departmentally to build, manage and coordinate several projects, while communicating with Key Stakeholders. The Demand Generation Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Gen and ABM.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Manager, Demand Gen and ABM in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional executive-level presentations
  • Manage our campaign calendar from start to finish, including researching concepts, creating program briefs and developing presentation recaps.
  • Build and regularly analyze campaign performance and metrics and be able to answer questions on how the initiatives are performing towards the pre-set benchmarks and what improvements can be made.
  • Work closely with the content and digital teams while project managing the launch of key content pieces, from conception to promotion.
  • Coordinating and communicating content deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotional use
  • Supporting the marketing team as needed with copywriting and digital execution.
  • Actively manage our social media platforms and collect promotional content from cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with our paid media partners and manage the promotion of our content through publisher channels. Also research new publishers that we could potentially partner with in the future.
  • Work closely with the sales team to make sure they are well-informed of the resources and content we are developing within the marketing team.
  • Support on our ABM initiatives and campaigns as needed.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team and manage our partner marketing strategy in terms of sharing company announcements, new partner integrations, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C SaaS industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including content, digital, design, public relations, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for managing numerous concurrent time-sensitive projects. Proficiency in project management software such as Wrike, Asana, and Frame.io is a major plus.
  • Ability to create comprehensive postmortem presentations with information on previous campaigns, projects, and timelines to demonstrate areas of opportunity.
  • Knowledge on reporting and benchmarking, especially within Salesforce.

The base salary range for this role is $84,000-$95,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
