RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using OneView and Ansible to streamline infrastructure management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor and optimize performance of automation solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation engineering and OneView.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as an HPE OneView administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Redfish API), and infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for server provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- OneView certification or relevant certifications in automation and infrastructure management.
- Experience with other automation tools such as Puppet or Chef.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
