Do you anticipate issues before they become problems? If yes, perhaps we can help you. The Digital Team is looking to train a new Associate QA Analyst from inside the company! This is a full-time role.

What is a QA Analyst?

A Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a crucial role in the software development lifecycle by ensuring that products meet our quality standards before they get released to end-users. The main responsibility of a QA Analyst is to identify issues and defects in our digital offerings, ensuring that they function as intended and provide a positive user experience.

No technology experience is required. Work ethic, the desire to learn, and humility are most meaningful to us. You'll need to learn how to speak a little Geek. We'll probably have you take a class on QA testing and potentially some other training. Everything we do can be learned.

Daily Responsibilities could include:
  • Software Testing:
    • Design, develop, and implement test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software.
    • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and address potential issues before product release.
    • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • App Support:
    • Provide technical support for our applications, addressing associate inquiries and solving issues.
    • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve app issues promptly.
    • Document and communicate resolutions to common issues.

If this sounds appealing, please let us know your interest level!
