This role reports to the Director, Treasurer Americas and will interact with other functional areas of Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Internal Audit, Legal and other corporate and business units across the company (the role will eventually transition to report to the Corporate Treasury Manager). The Senior Treasury Analyst will have strong initiative, high attention to detail, experience developing cash flow and liquidity models, and the ability to work proactively in a team environment and on multiple assignments simultaneously. The position will also support a team of global Treasury professionals.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for this role will be leading global short term and long term cash forecasting, variance analysis, risk and reconciliation, and strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess trends, make recommendations, and maintain key metrics.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation of global cash flow forecasting processes. Collaborate with finance and technology teams to design and implement improvements to ERP and treasury systems.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and studies as necessitated and collaborate on functional projects that require financial expertise.
  • Assess and identify risks in liquidity management to support operational planning including foreign currency exposures and execution of hedging policy.
  • Supports treasury, cash management operations, and strategic finance initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Participate in various special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years experience in treasury forecasting
  • Proven work experience of financial forecasting and information analysis
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, Reval TMS preferred

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
