In June 2021, 160over90 partnered with Obsidianworks, a culture-powered marketing agency co founded by actor and producer, Michael B. Jordan, and Chad Easterling, purpose-built for a more inclusive era of brand storytelling, The agency focuses on cultural connectivity through brand strategy, digital and social impact. Together with 160over90, the agency works with brand and talent partners to identify opportunities, create, and execute innovative and culturally resonant campaigns and activations, and connect with multicultural consumers in diverse communities.

This role will fully support Obsidianworks.

The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for planning and executing production across multiple channels, including television, video, radio, digital, print and OOH materials, and managing events through third-party vendors. The Senior Integrated Producer will work with the Executive Producer, Operations department of Obsidianworks and 160over90 for all talent, assets, and services. This role will be based in Santa Monica office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leading integrated production across a multitude of channels and budgets; as well as having experience leading diverse and inclusive production environments.

  • Manage planning, execution and delivery of video, radio, and photography.
  • Leading the coordination for integrated production executions for digital, print and OOH with internal production partners.
  • Work closely with Business Affairs to manage creative assessments, talent contracts/negotiations and payments through Extreme Reach, cost consultation, third party licensing, and network clearances.
  • Develop and manage budgets and production timelines for each of the deliverables listed above.
  • Develop requirements, including file types, sizes, and delivery formats.
  • Determine what services and projects to keep in-house, and which to outsource.
  • Source and book diverse range of talent (i.e., directors, editors, animators, models, stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, set designer, photographers).
  • Source and book production resources (i.e. external producers, etc.) when necessary.
  • Negotiate fees for talent, production services, usage rights, props, and locations.
  • Oversee shot list and shoot schedule development, travel coordination, shoot setup, on-site coordination, and permits.
  • Coordinate and oversee recording sessions, edits, scout delays, and shoots.
  • File trafficking and delivery.
  • Maintain archives of final spots on the agency server
  • Work with outside vendor and client to develop and manage budget.


  • Maintain relationship with vendors and content library owners (i.e. Corbis, Getty, DG, Fast Channel, etc.).
  • Ensure that all assets have been legally obtained and are used within the rules of their purchased license.
  • Develop and maintain organized database of available audio and video resources (i.e. production houses, directors, editors, script writers, etc.).
  • Ensure that all official paperwork is in place for outside vendors.
  • Administer all production related paperwork, such as developing client estimates, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, as we well as reconciliation of expenses and invoices

You Have These:

  • 5+ years in the industry with retail and multicultural experience preferred
  • Video/content production experience, experiential (nice to have)
  • Degree in film, television or related field preferable
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Experience in television, content, radio and event activations.
  • Comfortable with delegation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to travel to productions and events

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$90,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$120,000 annually
