The Role and What You'll Do:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President of The Wall Group & IMG Models. Demonstrating independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface with senior level business leaders and their teams, the EA can anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions. The EA will also have the ability to effectively navigate the shifting needs and demands of the SVP.

  • Act as a gatekeeper to effectively manage the SVP's calendar, including setting, re-scheduling, and confirming internal and external meetings.


  • Coordinate and manage travel schedule, including purchasing tickets, creating itineraries, and arranging transportation to and from airport to locations.


  • Prepare and submit travel and entertainment expense reports in a timely manner, while following company policies and procedures.


  • Ensure smooth flow of the workday with proactive schedule prep and contingency planning.


  • Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.

You Have These:

  • College degree preferred, but not required.


  • 1-3 years' experience assisting a senior level executive.


  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Concur.


  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to balance and handle multiple priorities.


  • Detail-oriented and proactive.


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.


  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to issues promptly with a strong orientation toward teamwork.


  • High level of integrity and ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality.


  • Interest in talent representation a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:
$25.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
$25.00 hourly
