Key Responsibilities

Licensing Management and Partner Relations

  • Coordination of licensing sales and partners mangement activities (reporting/tracking, licensee database management, new licensee on-boarding, and communications)
  • Support communication, strategy, and business development for day-to-day client account needs
  • Maintain project management documents tracking existing and prospective licenses and partners

Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify untapped sales opportunities and emerging market trends
  • Analyze sales data to understand performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor market trends to guide licensing strategies and new category/partner identification

Project, Event, and Presentation Management

  • Maintain project management documents tracking existing and prospective licenses and partners
  • Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned, track progress and results
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative team to enhance product presentations and pitches

Reporting, Compliance, and Miscellaneous Logistics

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align licensing objectives with business development goals
  • Provide conference call support; organize calls, listen, take notes proactively, and set follow-up
  • Support two key sales and business development and client management executives
  • Other tasks as requested with some travel required

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant licensing or admin experience with a desire to progress in licensing and sales
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry
  • Extremely strong organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics and the business of entertainment
  • Ability to create compelling sales presentations and materials
  • Ability to multi-task and work on aggressive timelines
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be able to learn new software as needed

Technical Proficiency

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$19.50 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$26.00 hourly
