Coordinator, Client Strategy

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Supports VP of Client Strategy by collaborating with agents and executives on the development and execution of client growth strategies
  • Leads ideation and curation of materials working in partnership with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and creative teams for input and suggestions
  • Able to identify next steps and action items, keeping stakeholders accountable across initiatives
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships across all levels and areas of the company
  • Ability to balance several projects and sequence priorities based on timelines
  • Manages pipeline of activity and compiles leadership reports
  • Maintains filing system for past and current work
  • Leads notes for meetings; recapping and assigning next steps where necessary
  • Executes with high level of professionalism, collaboration and confidentiality
  • Demonstrates high level of emotional intelligence and understands the role brands play within entertainment

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of related industry experience

Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - a collaborative approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic POV and translate into client-facing materials
  • Ability to use resources effectively and efficiently, can perform multiple tasks at once, and arrange information in a useful manner.
  • Produces accurate work, even when under pressure, and checks accuracy of information before using or passing on to others.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to navigate competing priorities effectively while maintaining productive flow of work.
  • Practices attentive and active listening, with flexibility and adaptability to determine what drives results.
  • Demonstrates good follow-through on information and project status.
  • Positive and solutions-oriented

Qualifications

  • Detail and process orientated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Keynote

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$70,000 annually
