As a Campaign Manager, you will work between creators and brands to execute content integration campaigns. You'll partner closely with sales specialists and operations teams to execute campaigns and bring innovative brand-creator partnerships to life. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in a high-growth practice, with direct exposure to top creators and leading media partners, while contributing to the expansion of a unique and evolving business within WME.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Project-manage end-to-end content integration campaigns across YouTube and other digital platforms
- Coordinate directly with creators and their teams (agents, managers, lawyers) to ensure timely content delivery, adherence to creative briefs, and FTC compliance
- Track campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Maintain organized campaign trackers with accurate, up-to-date information
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand clients, translating marketing objectives into actionable creator strategies
- Prepare clear, concise status reports and present campaign learnings during regular client check-ins
- Proactively identify risks and escalate with recommended corrective actions
Creative Collaboration & Compliance
- Curate and share trend insights, content formats, and creator best practices to enhance creative impact
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to FTC guidelines, platform policies, and client brand standards
- Audit content drafts for proper disclosures, tagging, and alignment with campaign KPIs
Process & Scalability
- Develop and implement standardized project management systems to improve campaign efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with sales, agents, and cross-functional teams across WME Group to deliver best-in-class results
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes and resources, helping shape the playbook for content integration execution at WME
Qualifications & Attributes
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of account or campaign management experience at a digital company, with proven success managing both brand and creator campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to execute multi-platform creator campaigns that drive measurable engagement and ROI
- Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, social media platforms, digital marketing, and FTC regulations for sponsored content
- Hands-on experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously, including high-budget campaigns (mid-six to seven-figure ranges)
- Exceptional project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with experience using creator analytics dashboards for reporting and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting creative briefs, client presentations, and status reports
- Consultative approach with the ability to guide senior marketing leaders and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$90,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$120,000 annually
