Assistant to Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing briefs for internal and external meetings.

• Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal departments, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Assist with the organization and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.

• Supporting client marketing, publicity, social media, and social impact initiatives.

• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls, and respond on behalf of the CMO when appropriate.

• Conduct market research, compile competitive intelligence, and prepare summary reports for strategic planning.

• Maintain and organize marketing documents, project trackers, and departmental files.

• Support budget tracking and invoice processing in coordination with finance and procurement teams.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

• Assist in serving as a resource to the agency as well as the larger WME Group network of companies.

• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates must have strong writing skills and must be professional, extremely organized, dependable, efficient, detail-oriented and highly motivated.

• Communication, prioritizing, multi-tasking and writing skills must be exceptional for this very demanding and fast-paced environment.

• 1-2 years of marketing/communications /publicity experience is desired, and interest in marketing/publicity preferred.

• Complementary majors include Communications, Public Relations, Business, Marketing and Journalism.

• The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, committed and has a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$17.27 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$21.00 hourly
