Key Responsibilities for vROPS Engineer:
Monitor the performance and health of VMware environments using vRealize Operations Manager (vROPS).
Perform capacity planning and optimization leveraging vROPS analytics.
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and system issues using vROPS dashboards and alerts.
Develop and maintain custom dashboards, views, and reports to support operational visibility.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Implement automation for routine monitoring and reporting tasks.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills for vROPS Engineer:
Hands-on expertise in vROPS for monitoring, performance tuning, and analytics.
Strong understanding of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi environments.
Experience in creating and managing vROPS dashboards, alerts, and policies.
Proficiency in PowerCLI or other scripting tools for automation.
Familiarity with VMware ecosystem tools like NSX, SRM, and vSAN is a plus.
Good grasp of networking and storage concepts in virtualized environments.
Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.

Mandatory Skills: VmWare Vrealize .
