• Lead the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating those insights into actionable design strategies.
• Craft compelling user narratives that inform the design process and guide decision-making.
• Develop and implement a user-centered design (UCD) process, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the design lifecycle.
• Human-centred design practitioner
• Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use.
• Partner with engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stages of the design and development process.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies, continuously improving the design practice within the team.

• A seasoned UX professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
• Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX design projects across digital and/or physical products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• A keen storyteller who can translate complex user insights into clear and compelling user journeys.
• A passion for user-centered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) is a plus.
