There is a strong Facilitation component to this role and the incumbent must demonstrate above-average facilitations skills in all training formats, for all levels of learners

• Must have the ability to formulate, affect, interpret, and implement training policies and/or training operating practices.

• Carries out major assignments in conducting the training for the Operations segment of the business

• Executes training plans and training courses using professional delivery methods and materials with minimal supervision.

• Assists in collecting learner feedback on the effectiveness of instructional delivery and management feedback on the learner use of appropriate knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace as well as any potential gaps or training opportunities.

• Continuously assesses and measures the success of training and development programs to ensure relevance, satisfaction of key stakeholders, and learning transfer into the organization.

• Understanding and application of adult learning principles in developing and delivering Recon Operational focused training

• Assists senior team members in benchmarking to ensure training and development programs are positioned to deliver best-in-class results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business IT Focus, Business Operations Focus, Education Focus

• Experience and skill using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint and working in Cornerstone LMS or similar Learning Management Systems.

• Experience using TEAMS or other web-conferencing tools.

• Typically has 2 years of experience in learning and development and/or training delivery.

• ACA Operational Experience a Plus

• A comprehensive experience in operational training and healthcare payer knowledge

• Able to create full scale training program based upon SOPs and verbal communication

• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levels

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and may assist less experienced peers

• Strong facilitative and written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to independently establish strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with managers, employees, and training stakeholders across the organization.

• Ability to evaluate and address training and development needs in a fast paced and changing environment.

• Demonstrate knowledge and application of adult learning, and leadership development methodologies and best practices at a broad organizational level.

• Excellent communication, consultation and collaboration skills.

• Must be highly organized and demonstrate attention to detail.

• Must maintain a high energy level, able to effectively facilitate multiple projects while performing day-to-day activities.

• Should be self-motivated and possess high level of personal initiative.
