Note: We need candidate who will be flexible with shift timings and open for traveling

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The candidate shall undertake independent responsibility of a location or multiple locations and organize/drive people capability enhancement initiatives.
  • The potential candidate must be able to conduct training needs identification analysis keeping in view business requirements pertinent to process / function, conceptualize solutions and programs, execute the same within given time-lines and demonstrate effectiveness.
  • The specific responsibilities include the following :
  • 12-15 man-days of training delivery per month towards assigned training programs. The training deployment of these products shall be, largely, in accordance with the calendar drawn for the quarter duly approved. Desired feedback rating for these programs should be equal to or greater than 4.5
  • The man-days indicated shall, however, not include participation in TTT, program sit-throughs and Boot Camps for 'Trainers Development', Book Reviews and Writing Articles for publishing
  • Driving nominations for programs in locations and ensuring participation across locations for these products basis calendar
  • Closely monitor and drive nominations / participation (engagement numbers) for specific location(s) basis the calendar released
  • Understanding audience requirements, content modification basis needs' analysis, design document review, conducting TTT, ensuring program quality for these products are integral aspects
  • Documentation of program feedback (qualitative and quantitative), reporting on participation (process-wise and BU wise / function wise) for the programs conducted in the location. This documentation needs to be sent to CBE-WBPS and Executive - MIS within the next 24 hours of program conduct.
  • Design and Development of new training programs (comprising development of FG, PG, Slides, customization tools, simulations and case-studies) as well as modifications/revamp for existing programs in various bands

Critical Skills Required:

  • Sound written / oral communication skills, conceptual and analytical skills.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of training delivery experience. L&D training background will be preferred.
  • The candidate must possess requisite set of platform skills needed to effectively conduct people development/L&D programs through an interactive learning methodology
  • Willingness to travel within the the city and the country to deliver training programs. The travel frequency might be monthly stretching up to 7 to 10 days in a month.
  • Possess passion and drive towards delivery of developmental training programs
  • Demonstrate high level of energy and enthusiasm during delivery of programs
  • Skills to translate customer requirements into people development initiatives through application of competency development tools / techniques
  • Skills to interface effectively with customers towards needs' identification and conceptualize, develop relevant program content

Education: Graduate

Candidate Specification:

  • The candidate must be MBA or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience. Prior experience of at least 7-8 years in People Capability Enhancement Training / Behavioural Training and Development is essential for the role.
  • Presently, the candidate needs to be into a role that comprises training needs identification, behavioural content development, training deployment and measurement of training effectiveness. The experience of leading and handling a team engaged in people capability development practices would be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are a must for the role.
  • A strong sense of commitment, meeting timelines and passion towards people capability development are necessary for the role.
