Responsibilities:
• Lead all Talent Transformation initiatives, training strategy, and execution
• Align with client and ops on training goals, delivery, and reviews
• Guide Trainers; track utilization, compliance, and performance metrics
• Plan and manage new hire, refresher, and behavioral quality training
• Facilitate client visits, QBRs, and due diligence sessions
Language Proficiency Level: English-Spoken & Written: B2/C1 level
Location: Chennai (WFO)
