Brief Summary of Role:

The Salesforce Technical Trainer, Learning and Talent Development will help coordinate and deploy inclusive and wide-reaching Techno-functional employee development practices and programs for the company. The successful delivery of Learning and development strategies will ensure the continued development of a strong talent pipeline and effective employee development will drive engagement and retention of talent. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and deploying innovative learning strategies designed to manage, develop and motivate employees. This includes cultivating a culture of learning through defined processes, innovative tools and technology that drive a differentiated worker experience.

Immediate need

  • Training on new foundational cloud "Salesforce Associate", and Admin, App Builder and PD1 Supersets

Additional Needs:

  • Training capability on Admin, App Builder and PD1 certification
  • Training capability on next level clouds like Admin, App Builder and PD1, Sales, Service
  • Training capability on niche skills including Commerce, Marketing, Industries clouds
  • Creating Capstone projects for various industries and product clouds for hands on
  • Creating assessments and Question Banks
  • Automating reports and dashboard needed for L&D
  • Automating a few L&D processes like Voucher procurement, voucher allocation, training tracking, audit and validation, etc .

Responsibilities :
  • Integrate the L&D strategy into all business processes related to the domain and technology in area of expertise, including but not limited to: global on-boarding, competency building, capability upliftment, role-based and technical training.
  • Ensure training effectiveness and impact of the learning strategy and development initiatives.
  • Follow standard metrics that can be used by HR, Practice Heads, Function heads and Leaders to manage their talent.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, influencers, and leaders across the organization to create and run an effective training program; collaborate with global head of L&D, HR and other regional leaders to establish programs and activities that support region-specific goals and areas of focus.
  • Prioritize and implement high-impact programs and activities with appropriate measures, communications, and cross functional involvement.
  • Provide consultation regarding Salesforce learning and skill development, early talent development, customized learning to support strategic priorities and on-boarding.
  • Represent and evangelize WSP's Metrics / Strat plan with emphasize on L&D methods and goals
  • Integrate the appropriate amount of change management into all processes/programs to ensure global alignment, adoption, and smooth transitions.
  • Remain current on developments, opportunities, best practices, and metrics/trends outside the company and inject that knowledge into WSP's programs
  • Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts, and external vendors/contracts for technical / functional development projects.
  • Create and implement assessments, surveys, and other tools to determine the
    effectiveness of Talent Development programs.
  • Act as the point of contact between the central competency team, Salesforce competency teams and the resources across national and international locations
  • Administer gamification for various programs
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills including ability to articulate information and ideas verbally and in writing
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a variety of global audiences.
  • Must have effective critical thinking skills and be creative and results-oriented
  • Demonstrates flexibility and ability to collaborate with HR and business leaders at all levels in the organization
  • A self-starter who understands the importance of the business partnership and can thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • Must be willing to get trained on cross skills technologies to be a trainer.
  • Zeal to learn new technologies continuously and getting hands dirty on real client and L&D projects.
  • Willing to get training on professional development, behavioral and roles based trainings to be a trainer.

Education and Required Experience :
  • BE / B. Tech. or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3X+ Salesforce certified including Admin/Appbuilder and PD1
  • 2+ years of relevant professional level learning and talent development experience, with a focus on learning strategy, employee development programs, tools and learning technology.
  • Demonstrated success to manage and implement simultaneous Training plans and fcilitation , from inception to completion
  • Experience in Professional Services organization strongly preferred
  • Must be able to effectively employ various facilitation techniques, utilize multiple delivery options, and leverage measurement and evaluation theory and methods
  • Experience conducting organizational level, program level, and individual level needs analysis to identify learning and development needs and target program development.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
