• Release Management: Oversee and manage the entire release process, ensuring timely and successful deployment of software releases. Coordinate testing support and end-to-end release activities.
• Leadership and Team Coordination: Lead and orchestrate multiple project teams and work streams to meet release deadlines. Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to facilitate progress and resolution. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Understand release and deployment components, identify risks, and implement necessary controls to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for release management. Understand the big picture and connect all details to ensure seamless execution.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy, JIRA, and Excel. Utilize experience in Agile tools and frameworks to manage projects effectively.
• Problem Solving: Exhibit intellectual curiosity and a tenacious attitude to solve complex problems. Execute tasks assertively and with limited direction.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure. Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

• Strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy, JIRA, and Excel.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in release processes, testing support, and end-to-end release coordination.
• Ability to understand release/deployment components and mitigate risks.
• Capability to facilitate team planning ceremonies and answer Agile/waterfall framework questions.
